Todd Nishimura

Todd Nishimura is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Purpose Built Rental at Baker Real Estate since November 2024, Todd previously held positions such as Vice President of Real Estate Marketing at Community Agency and Senior Director of Marketing, Leasing and Communications at GWL Realty Advisors. Prior roles include Director of Marketing and Leasing at Vertica Resident Services, Director of Marketing and Sales at Friday Harbour - Replay Resorts, and Marketing Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Todd began a career at Campbell Soup Company, advancing from Marketing Assistant to Product Manager. An alumnus of Ivey Business School and Queen's University, Todd has also shared expertise as a speaker at various industry conferences.
