Norma Lutz

Norma Lutz has extensive experience in sales, training, and change management, currently serving as Residential Sales Manager and Salesforce Assistant and Trainer at Baker Roofing Company since August 2017. Key responsibilities include Salesforce administration, new hire training, data integrity, help desk support, and report development. Previously, Norma worked at Schneider Electric from September 1997 to May 2017 in various roles, including NA salesforce.com Change Agent Facilitator and Change Management/Training Lead for the bPS Project, where oversight of training and organizational effectiveness was provided. Additional experience includes roles in channel marketing and education, along with prior positions in inside sales and purchasing at Kriz-Davis Company. Norma holds a high school diploma from Ravenna High School.
