Santhosh Shetty

Santhosh Shetty is an experienced professional in quality assurance and project management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Enterprise QA Manager at Baker & Taylor since July 2021, Santhosh previously held various managerial roles at HCL Technologies from August 2003 to July 2021, including Group Program Manager and Senior Project Manager. During this tenure, key responsibilities included leading test program management for the Utilities client Consumers Energy, overseeing TCOE activities, defining processes, and managing test delivery for functional testing across multiple projects. Santhosh also contributed to banking applications as a QA & Product Support Engineer at Datanet Systems Limited from January 2000 to August 2003.
