Matt Groves is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in financial statement audits and attestation. Currently serving as a Principal at Baker Tilly since June 2019 and an Audit Partner at Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP since August 2013, Matt specializes in audits across various sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Previously, Matt was a Partner at Cornwell Jackson from October 2006 to August 2013, overseeing financial statement audits and leading the employee benefit plan audit practice. Matt's career began at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, where foundational audit skills were developed. Matt holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University and Coastal Carolina University.
