Marijn Biesiot

Marijn Biesiot is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG advisory, currently serving as Sr Manager ESG advisory at Baker Tilly Netherlands and as a lecturer at HTF Hogeschool voor Toegepaste Filosofie, focusing on the history of practical philosophy. With a background as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Good Growth Collective, Marijn has empowered young talents to incorporate ESG principles in business operations. Prior roles include Program Lead International Growth at Quin, where Marijn developed market entry strategies, and Project Manager at Rathenau Instituut, conducting research on science and technology's societal impacts. Marijn's earlier experience includes senior consulting at KPMG Sustainability, focusing on sustainability assurance and stakeholder engagement, along with various research roles in sustainability-related projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Applied Ethics from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Groningen.
