Dr. Eyal Horowitz has extensive work experience in the field of finance, business, and strategy. Dr. Eyal began their career in 1999 as the CEO and Chairman of Baker Tilly, one of Israel's largest advisory and audit firms. In this role, Dr. Horowitz led a team of professionals and provided services such as advisory, audit, tax consulting, and strategic consulting to companies and controlling shareholders both in Israel and worldwide. Dr. Eyal applied their expertise in auditing, taxation, and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulations to various organizations, including government, public, hi-tech, and real estate companies. In 2011, they became the Former Chairman of the EMEA Regional Advisory Council of Baker Tilly International. Since 2000, they have also served as the owner of Baker Tilly Israel.
Dr. Eyal Horowitz obtained a PhD in Doctor of Business Administration from UCN European Programmes in 2016. Dr. Eyal also completed their second PhD in Doctor of Public Accounting from Universidad Azteca European Programmes in the same year. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Reichman University between 1996 and 1999. In addition, they achieved the CPA designation with honors from The College of Management Academic Studies from 1989 to 1991.
