Sebastian Pogorzelski

Sebastian Pogorzelski, CFA, currently serves as Manager of Corporate Finance at Baker Tilly TPA since March 2024, following a tenure at EY where responsibilities included M&A Manager and M&A Senior Associate from September 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Business Advisor at JP Weber from November 2019 to June 2021, specializing in Transaction, M&A, and CFO Advisory. Further experience includes an Analyst position at BNY Mellon HedgeMark in the summer of 2018 and roles in education as Supervisor and Lecturer on Mathematical Camps at I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Tadeusza Kościuszki and I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Adama Mickiewicza from 2012 to 2017, as well as support work for the Department of Administration and Finance at PiLab SA. Sebastian Pogorzelski holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, completed in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
