David Terry

David Terry is a transaction advisory services professional with over 20 years of public accounting and consulting experience. They specialize in M&A services, providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence and technical accounting advice to major private equity firms and multinational corporations across various industries. Previously, David was a Partner at both Deloitte and Moss Adams LLP, as well as a Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP. Currently, they serve as Principal at Baker Tilly US, following the merger with Moss Adams in 2025. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
