John M. Brooks

John M. Brooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit, compliance, and advisory services. Currently serving as a Director at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly, John previously held the same title at Moss Adams from August 2021 after the Cadence Group's integration. Prior to that, John led teams at the Cadence Group and KPMG, showcasing expertise in managing compliance audits and international internal audit services. With a strong foundation in IT audit and advisory, John has a proven track record in delivering comprehensive audits for multinational corporations. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems, both from Brigham Young University.
