Jonathan McGee

Jonathan McGee, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Economic Development and Community Advisory at Baker Tilly US, specializing in project finance solutions for public-private partnerships and economic development initiatives related to the clean energy economy. In addition, Jonathan McGee holds an adjunct faculty position at Aurora University, teaching a course on Economics for Public Policy. Previous roles include Director of the Office of Business and Workforce Diversity at the Illinois Department of Transportation, where significant enhancements were made to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, and various positions within state and nonprofit organizations that emphasize economic empowerment and diversity. Jonathan McGee is also the founder and CEO of the Global Organization for Applied Political Leadership, aimed at cultivating diverse advocacy leaders. An accomplished educator, Jonathan McGee has taught courses on event planning and entrepreneurship, and has earned multiple degrees including an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's in Political Management from The George Washington University.
