Kristi S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Solutions Compliance at Baker Tilly US since April 2021, Kristi leads HR Compliance activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws while also developing employment policies and employee handbooks. Previously, as Senior Manager of Talent Attraction Operations at Baker Tilly, Kristi oversaw firm-wide recruiting operations, optimized processes, and enhanced recruitment strategies to support significant growth. Prior to Baker Tilly, Kristi spent over two decades at Deloitte, fulfilling roles from Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to Candidate Manager, and led teams providing financial and economic analysis for executive hiring. Kristi holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Political, Legal & Economic Analysis from Mills College.
