Lupita McLane

Lupita McLane, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People Solutions at Baker Tilly US, a position held since July 2024 following the merger with Seiler LLP. With extensive experience in human resources, Lupita was previously the Chief People Officer at Seiler LLP from May 2006 to August 2024, where roles included Director of Human Resource, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Seiler LLP, Lupita worked as a Human Resources Associate at ChemoCentryx from October 2001 to April 2006. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame de Namur University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
