Nick Callahan has over a decade of experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Manager of Service Line Applications at Baker Tilly US since June 2012. In this role, Nick oversees the Service Line Applications team, managing the roll-out of new software and updates to existing applications. Previously, Nick held the positions of Lead Technician and Senior Technician, where responsibilities included researching and implementing new software solutions and improving business applications within the firm. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Nick worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Flagstar Bank. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Grand Valley State University, obtained in 2011.
