Phillip Laycock

Phillip Laycock is a Partner at Baker Tilly US since November 2021, and previously held the role of Partner and Quality Assurance Partner at Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP from November 2017 to February 2022, as well as at Grassi & Co. from November 2011 to November 2017. Prior to these positions, Phillip served as Director at Rogoff & Company, PC, managing quality control for attestation services and overseeing internal inspections and external peer reviews from September 2009 to October 2011. Phillip's career began at Blackman Kallick where roles progressed from Staff to Senior to Manager, and ultimately Partner, focusing on engagements related to acquisitions and international operations from September 1992 to March 2009. Phillip Laycock earned a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington between 1988 and 1992.
