Sara Bailey

Sara Bailey is a Principal at Baker Tilly US since the company's formation from the merger with Moss Adams in June 2025. Prior to this role, Sara served as a Partner and held various positions including Tax Senior Manager, Tax Manager, Tax Senior, and Staff Accountant at Moss Adams from August 2011 to June 2025, focusing on tax planning, compliance, and entity structuring. Earlier experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Petersen CPAs & Advisors and service as a Sergeant and Blackhawk Mechanic in the U.S. Army from 2005 to 2009, where Sara trained and mentored soldiers. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University.
