Susan Vincent

Susan Vincent currently serves as Managing Director at Baker Tilly US, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Susan spent over seven years at Sage Intacct, Inc., progressing through several titles including VP of Partner Enablement and Sr. Director of Partner Services. With a foundation in customer operations as VP at MetraTech, now part of Ericsson, Susan is dedicated to optimizing customer experiences. Earlier career highlights include roles as Director of Professional Services at Softrax Corporation and Client Server Solutions, as well as experience as a Sales Account Executive at TDC Solutions. Susan began her career at Epicor as a Senior Implementation Consultant and started in the industry as a Business Analyst at Travelers Insurance. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Management from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
