Terri Preston

Terri Preston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development and affordable housing. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Development at Prestamos CDFI since May 2023, Terri focuses on providing small business loans and technical support in underserved regions. As Executive Director Emeritus at The Valued Advisor Fund since October 2005, Terri has emphasized funding high-impact projects in disadvantaged areas, particularly in the Southeast United States. With a background as Principal Emeritus at Baker Tilly US, Terri has developed products to enhance business and housing opportunities in under-capitalized communities. Previous roles include Executive Director of The Business Valued Advisor Fund and Manager of Portfolio Development and Compliance at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. Terri holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
