Yanni Mercado

Yanni Mercado is an experienced Internal Audit and Risk Consultant at Baker Tilly US, having joined the firm in January 2024. Previously, Yanni worked at EY from August 2021 to August 2023 as an Enterprise Risk Consultant, specializing in internal controls for business processes and IT, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) readiness projects. Yanni's background also includes roles as a Project Intern and Consulting Intern at EY, where expertise in risk advisory programs and client service was developed. Other experience includes a Clerk position at the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet, a Tax Intern at Marlene Tax, and various roles that provided foundational administrative skills.
