Laurel Parzych

Laurel Parzych is the current Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at OLV Human Services. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Finance & Accounting Services at ProNexus, LLC from January 2015 to March 2016. Before that, Laurel was the Finance Manager at API Heat Transfer from September 2013 to October 2014.

Laurel's experience also includes a role as Controller at The Salvation Army from August 2010 to September 2013, and prior to that they were the CFO at Barden & Robeson Corporation from December 2007 to August 2010. Laurel also served as Divisional Controller at First Niagara Bank from December 2006 to December 2007, and as Director of Finance at White Directory Publishers (now Local Edge) from January 2003 to December 2006.

Her career began at Rochester Gas & Electric where they worked from April 1996 to January 2003, ultimately serving as Director of Financial Information Services.

After Laurel Parzych graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, they went on to get their Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Laurel is also a Certified Public Accountant.
