Simon Baker

Simon Baker is the current Chief Executive Officer at BakerAvenue Wealth Management. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and Dean Witter Reynolds.

At DLJ, Baker served as Director-Private Client Group, providing wealth management resources for entrepreneurs experiencing significant wealth events through IPO's and buy-outs. Simon also advised founders and executive teams on strategic asset allocation, diversification, and overall portfolio risk management before and after an IPO.

In 2004, Baker co-founded Great Gable Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund with a focus on small/mid cap value stocks. Simon served as the company's CEO until 2012.

Baker has been working in the financial industry since 1994 and has been providing wealth management services since 1996. Simon is an expert in advising clients on how to grow and protect their wealth.

Simon Baker has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Hartwick College.
