Donald Pocock is an experienced litigator specializing in construction and commercial litigation. Currently a partner at Baker Donelson, Donald previously held partnership positions at Akerman LLP and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where they represented banks and financial institutions in consumer finance disputes and managed a range of construction-related disputes. Donald has been admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, Donald served as an adjunct professor of law at Wake Forest University, teaching trial advocacy and coaching law students in competitive trial events. Donald earned both a BA in English and Theatre as well as a JD from Wake Forest University.
