Megan McGrew has a diverse work experience across various industries. Megan joined Baker Donelson in 2008 and held multiple roles during their tenure. As the Director of Legal Process Engineering, they are responsible for developing and supporting the firm's legal project management initiative. As a Legal Project Manager, Megan monitored and controlled tasks, budgets, and schedules for projects while implementing change control processes for legal matters. Additionally, they evaluated historical project data to track future performance levels and ensure quality client service. Before this, they worked as an Information Management Specialist for the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Recovery efforts, where they operated the Enterprise Content Management System and served as a liaison between state agency personnel and analysts.

In 2014, Megan worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Mississippi College School of Law. Megan has also gained political experience, serving as part of the North Mississippi Political Desk for Eaves for Governor in 2007 and as the Campaign Manager for Dirk Dedeaux for Representative in 2004. Megan started their career as an Intern for the Mississippi Democratic Party in 2003.
