Theodore Kobus is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on privacy, data security, and technology law. Currently serving as a Policy Committee Member and Group Chair for the Digital Assets & Data Management Group at BakerHostetler, Theodore leads a team of over 100 attorneys and technologists in navigating complex digital business and legal challenges. Previously, Theodore chaired the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group and the Technology, Media, and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. Theodore holds a JD from Delaware Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Recognized by Chambers USA and Law360 as a leading expert in privacy and data security, Theodore has contributed significantly to the development of risk management strategies and compliance programs in cybersecurity.
