Tanner Savidge

Tanner Savidge is an experienced professional in research and development within the packaging industry. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at bakerly since April 2019, Tanner leads the R&D team in creating innovative products and optimizing processes while managing project timelines and budgets. Previously, Tanner held the role of R&D Packaging Manager, where responsibilities included developing packaging qualification criteria and overseeing vendor activities. Prior experience includes working as a Structural Packaging Designer at Pratt Industries, where Tanner created diverse packaging solutions and engaged with customers to enhance their packaging value. Tanner's career began as a Sample and Structural Packaging Intern at Fisher-Price, supporting multiple brands and developing original packaging designs. Tanner holds a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Systems and Design from Virginia Tech.
