Erika Villanueva Vaca

Erika Villanueva Vaca is an experienced social work specialist with a background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as an intern at Hellman & Friedman. Previous roles include serving as an Avid Tutor Lead at Sheldon Independent School District and holding various leadership positions in the Honors College Leadership Program at HCLP, including Public Relations Coordinator and Gulf Coast Intercollegiate Consortium Leader. Erika is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
