Gavin Lucas is an experienced professional in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Regional Manager at Bakers Delight since February 2016, having previously held the position of Area Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Retail Territory Manager at Tatts Group from November 2012 to January 2016, and Business Development Manager at The Coffee Club Pty Ltd from January 2008 to October 2012. Gavin commenced a career in 2000 as a Franchise Consultant at Noodle Box, where the tenure lasted until 2005. Educational background includes studies at the College of Tourism & Hospitality (COTAH) in Brisbane, as well as completion of education at Yeronga High School from 1984 to 1989.
