Melissa Owen is an experienced retail management professional with a strong track record in operations and area management. Currently serving as the Area Manager at Bakers Delight since March 2022, Melissa has previously held the position of Operations Manager at Cotton On Group from July 2019 to March 2022. With extensive experience at Spendless Shoes Pty Ltd from May 2014 to July 2019, Melissa advanced through various roles, including State Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager.
