Hector Silva has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in various leadership roles. Hector began their career in 1995 as a Finance Director at Sprint, where they oversaw financial operations for the Central and South Texas region. Hector then transitioned to LatinWorks, a multicultural advertising agency, where they served as Chief Financial Officer for 12 years. In this role, they were responsible for building and scaling all business operations, managing client relationships, and leading the agency's partnership with Omnicom Group. Following their time at LatinWorks, Hector served as CFO and Managing Director at BIG EMBASSY, where they led a finance team and worked with creative professionals to deliver effective solutions for clients. Hector also had a brief stint as Interim Chief Financial Officer at the Texas Association of Business. Currently, Hector is working at Bakery Agency as CFO/COO and is also a Co-Founder at KEN Media. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, business strategy, and client relationship building.
