Karri Fulmer

Karri Fulmer, MBA, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Karri is currently the Director of Human Resources at Bakery Bling™ since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Renaissance Resources in 2022. From 2022 to 2024, they served as the South Central Regional Human Resources Manager at SupplyOne, Inc. Karri also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Epworth Villa from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Karri was the Human Resource Administrator at Touchmark at Coffee Creek from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Office Administrator/Human Resources at Extreme Pressure Control. Karri also has experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Independent LMT from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they were a Service Coordinator at Confidential from 2013 to 2014. Karri began their career as a Human Resource Manager at Mercer Valve Co. Inc. in 2006, where they were responsible for interviewing, employee benefits administration, and new hire orientation. Karri also worked as a Contract Administrator at Quad Graphics from 1996 to 2006.

Karri Fulmer, MBA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology- Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in Human Resources/Business Management at Rose State College from 2007 to 2012. Karri also holds a High School Diploma from Horace Mann High School, which they obtained in 1991. In 2021, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Karri Fulmer has obtained several certifications including Microsoft Excel© for Accounting from Wiley, as well as certifications in Personal Development - Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Leading vs. Managing, and Time Management from the American Institute of CPAs.
