Vusal Aslanov

Vusal Aslanov currently serves as Chairman at Bakı Metropoliteni QSC since December 2024. Prior to this role, Vusal held the position of Deputy Chairman at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY from July 2016 to December 2024, and served as CEO of Azercon JSC from March 2013 to January 2016. Vusal was also Deputy CEO of Azerinsaatservis LLC, where responsibilities included Head of Corporate Management and Legal Department, and Chief Legal Advisor from December 2003 to February 2013. Vusal holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from ADA University and Maastricht School of Management, both earned between September 2018 and May 2020, in addition to a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Baku State University.
