Jane Lownsborough

Jane Lownsborough has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People Communications at Bakkavor since January 2020, after holding the roles of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Interim HR Policy. Previously, Jane worked at Burberry for over eight years in various HR leadership positions, including HR Director. Additional experience includes a role as HR Development Manager at Carnival UK, HR Controller at Beam Global Spirits & Wine, and HR Business Partner/HR Controller at Allied Domecq. Jane's career began at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where various HR roles were undertaken, and a management trainee position was held at Next Group PLC early in the career.
