Alongside their academic qualifications, Ferdinand also received additional certifications, including a COVID-19 Contact Tracing Certificate from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Project Management Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Ferdinand (Freddie) also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution.
