Joe Mancini

Joe Mancini has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe currently holds the position of Director in the Fraud Department at Bakkt since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in the Fraud Department at Bakkt from March 2016 to December 2021. Before joining Bakkt, Joe served as the Manager of the Fraud & Abuse Department at Birch Communications from April 2012 to March 2016. Joe also worked at Cbeyond, where they held multiple roles including Abuse Department (Fraud Analyst II), Tech/Care (Call Center) Trainer & Abuse Department (Fraud Analyst), Tier II Applications & Abuse Department (Fraud Analyst), Technical Support Tier 1, and IT Desktop/Mobile from 2007 to 2012. Joe's earlier experience includes working as a System Admin at Theater of The Stars in 2006 and as a Field Tech at Pinnacle Hospitality from 2003 to 2006.

Joe Mancini began their education in 1999 at ITT Technical Institute-Lake Mary, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Engineering (EET). Joe continued their studies at the same institute and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications (TCT) in 2003.
