Kyle Unterseher

Kyle Unterseher, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Kyle currently holds the position of Director of Business Development - Institutional Client at Bakkt since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development at ErisX from February 2019 to April 2020.

From August 2015 to February 2019, Kyle held the roles of CFO at 3PH LLC and COO at Roughrider Resources LLC. Before that, they worked at Wells Fargo Securities as the Director of Futures & Cleared OTC Derivatives from February 2013 to June 2015.

Kyle gained experience as a consultant to the Marketing Department at CME Group from December 2012 to January 2013, and as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies from January 2012 to October 2012.

Kyle's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Vice President at MF Global from June 2009 to January 2012, and as an Executive Director of Exchange Traded Derivatives at UBS Investment Bank from January 2001 to May 2009.

Kyle started their career at Cargill in July 1989 as the AVP - Head of NA Client Activities, where they worked until January 2001.

Kyle Unterseher, CPA earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in BS-Accounting, Business Administration, with a minor in Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Kyle attended the university from 1986 to 1989.
