Laurie Morgan is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in project management and a strong background in Agile methodologies, holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). At Bakkt since February 2015, Laurie has successfully managed intake processes, driven portfolio management with executive leadership, and ensured alignment of multiple projects with organizational strategies. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Archway Marketing Services, where Laurie led both Agile and waterfall projects, and Senior Project Manager at Concurrent Computer Corporation, overseeing multiple software development initiatives. Laurie holds a BS from Mercy University and has completed SCRUM training.
