Raji Perumal

Raji Perumal's work experience includes being the Director of Crypto Software Engineering at Bakkt since June 2020, and previously serving as the Manager of Mobile App and Web Applications at Bakkt from February 2020 to June 2020. Before joining Bakkt, Raji worked at Bridge2 Solutions as a Manager of WebApp & Mobile Development from June 2016 to January 2020 and as a Team Lead of Software Development from March 2015 to May 2016. Prior to Bridge2 Solutions, Raji was a Senior Software Engineer (Java) at Liaison Technologies from March 2013 to February 2015. Raji also worked as a Senior Java Developer (Java) at E*TRADE from September 2009 to March 2012, and as a Lead Software Engineer (Java) at Manhattan Associates from September 2004 to August 2008. Additionally, Raji has worked as an Engineering Consultant at Beechwood Computing Limited from October 1995 to April 2002, where they provided consulting services for various companies such as Cap Gemini, Deloitte & Touche, IBM Inc., Nokia Networks, and Social Welfare - State of Delaware and Washington D.C. in roles including Developer, Team Lead, Application Architect, and DBA.

Raji Perumal holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Building Scalable Java Microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud," "Getting Started With Application Development," and "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure." These certifications were obtained in January 2022.
