Philippe Lopes-Fernandes

Philippe Lopes-Fernandes is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Ipsen, as well as a member of the Executive Committee. Philippe also holds a board member position at BAKX Therapeutics. Previously, Philippe worked at Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany, where served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Licensing, Business Development and Alliance Management, alongside other leadership roles in Global Business Development, M&A, and Pharma M&A at MERCK KGaA / Merck Serono. Philippe completed the Senior Executive Education Program in Business Administration and Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2010 and holds a degree from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
