Paola Larrea Busch

Paola Larrea Busch is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in tourism and account management. Currently serving as the Marketing Tourism Manager for Bal Harbour Village since May 2011, Paola has previously held key roles such as Senior Account Director at Level magazine and Director of Account Services at Bridger Conway, where responsibilities included team supervision and client business development, particularly in luxury real estate and hospitality across North America and Central America. Earlier career accomplishments include directing consumer marketing programs for Procter and Gamble brands at TvPromo International and working as an Advertising Coordinator for Sears, Roebuck and Co. Paola holds a degree from Universidad Casa Grande, earned between 1992 and 1996.
