Brent started their career as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained expertise in state tax consulting and worked closely with Fortune 50 Companies. Brent then transitioned to become the Plant Manager at Geneva Pipe Company, where they successfully turned the plant's operations profitable through improved efficiencies and cost reduction. After that, Brent became the Controller at Cowhouse Partners, where they were responsible for the financial operations of the organization and implemented an inventory tracking program.
