Michael Hiebert, MBA, CPA, serves as the Corporate Controller at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc. since March 2019. Previous roles include Consultant/CPA for DBFG SWIMS, LLC, where tax support and year-end close assistance were provided, and Vice President of Finance for the SWIMS brand under Differential Brands Group, overseeing global accounting and financial planning. Hiebert was the CFO for North America at Rip Curl, managing financial operations for a $75 million division, and held the position of Director of Finance for the Sanuk brand at Deckers Outdoor Corporation. Additional experience includes significant consulting and financial leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Premier Laser Systems, Urethane Technology, Inc., and Active Organics, Inc. Hiebert holds both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
