Richard Koch is a Senior Plumbing & Fire Protection Designer with a specialization in Data Center and Mission Critical fire protection at Bala Consulting Engineers since December 2007. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Plumbing draftsman/designer at Giovanetti Shulman Associates from December 2004 to December 2007. Richard also has experience as a Manager at The Fresh Grocer from August 1994 to December 2004. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has obtained various certifications in plumbing design and other related fields.
