William C. Grafton

William Grafton is an experienced Electrical Project Manager and Engineer with over 21 years of expertise in power distribution, emergency power, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security design for various building types, including commercial, industrial, hospital, and residential structures. Currently employed at Bala Consulting Engineers since February 2021, William previously held a similar position at BALA | SVA Consulting Engineers from October 2018 to February 2021 and served as an Electrical Project Manager/Engineer at Spears/Votta & Associates, Inc. from November 1996 to October 2018. In the military, William retired as a First Sergeant from the Maryland Army National Guard after 23 years of service, which included roles as a Quality Assurance Representative and UH-60 Black Hawk Medevac Crew Chief during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. William holds multiple certificates in aviation mechanics and engineering drafting, as well as a high school diploma in Carpentry and Drafting.
