Noam Hameiri has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Noam started their career in 1993 as an Officer in the IDF - Israel Defense Forces, where they held the ranking of Major until 2006. After that, they joined Mayare International as a Senior Real Estate Analyst from 2006 to 2011.
In 2011, Noam Hameiri transitioned to the Balaciano Group, where they took on various roles over the years. Noam started as an Area Manager from October 2011 to December 2013. Noam then became a Regional Manager from January 2014 to December 2015 and subsequently served as the Director of Property Management from January 2016 to December 2018. Following this, they held the position of Senior Vice President Asset Management from December 2018 to December 2020 and then became the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) from January 2020 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of President of Property & Asset Management at the Balaciano Group since July 2023.
In addition to their roles at the Balaciano Group, Noam Hameiri is also actively involved in professional organizations. Noam is a Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council since July 2018. Noam is also serving as a Committee Member in the National Apartment Association, specifically in the NEXT GEN and TECH committees, from November 2021 to July 2023.
Furthermore, Noam Hameiri is an Advisory Member in the UCSB Extension's Engineering Leadership Program since January 2022.

Noam Hameiri has a Master's degree in International Security Affairs from Tel Aviv University (2004-2005). Noam also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Derby (2006-2007). Noam 'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Haifa (1998-1999). In high school, they studied Physics at The Hebrew Reali School (1993-1997) and also attended the IDF Junior Command Military Academy as a Cadet during the same period. In addition, Noam has obtained additional certifications in Construction Fundamentals from the Virtual Design & Construction Institute (2020), an A.CRE Accelerator Certificate of Completion from Adventures in CRE (2020), and Real Estate Investment Analysis from UCLA Extension (2015).
