Sanjay Dwivedi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sanjay is currently the Group COO & Group CFO at Balaji Telefilms Ltd since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Balaji Telefilms Limited from 2013 to 2023. Sanjay has also held positions such as Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounts at Nimbus Communications Limited from 2011 to 2013, VP - Finance at Entertainment Network (India) Limited from 2006 to 2011, and Manager - Finance at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited from 1997 to 2006. Sanjay started their career as an Assistant Manager - Systems and Audits at TATA SSL Limited in 1996 and worked as an Articled Trainee - Chartered Accountant at Lodha & Co. from 1991 to 1995.

Sanjay Dwivedi completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) at St. Joseph English High School from 1976 to 1986, focusing on Maths and Science. Sanjay then pursued a B.Com. degree in Accountancy and Economics at P D Lions College of Commerce and Economics from 1986 to 1991. Following that, they enrolled in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1995, where they acquired a C.A. (Chartered Accountant) degree with a specialization in Accountancy. Additionally, Sanjay also attended the Institute of Cost Accountants of India to pursue an ICWAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) - Inter degree in Cost Accountancy, although the start and end years for this program were not provided.
