Stan Markuze is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across real estate, logistics, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Balance since February 2023, Markuze has also been President of Universal Pacific Properties since January 2010, where responsibilities include identifying distressed properties and overseeing renovations. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Head of Sales, Finance & Logistics at Amalgamated Logistics, Co-Founder & Head of Strategy at Joyride Autos, and CEO at PartsMarket, where a data-driven platform for parts purchasing was developed. Markuze holds an MBA/MPP from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Stanford University.
