Sadako Huitema

Sadako Huitema is the current CEO of Balance, and has been with the company since March 2021. Prior to their current position, they served as the COO of Balance from March 2021 to May 2021. Samen met jou Nederland toekomstbestendiger maken is their focus as CEO.

Huitema has over 20 years of experience in managing complex projects in the public sector. Sadako is experienced in working with large-scale, long-term projects and has a solid network of collaborators. In their previous position as Directeur Business Line Engineering at Brunel, they were responsible for the engineering department and its projects.

Under their leadership, Balance has grown into an organization with over 350 consultants. Sadako has contributed to some of the Netherlands' most iconic projects and is proud to have worked on many large-scale, long-term projects.

Sadako Huitema studied bestuurskunde at the Universiteit Leiden. Before that, they attended Theresia lyceum.
