Joshua Le is an experienced operations and marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Balance, Canada's largest digital asset custodian, since March 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions, including Operations Manager at Inkblot Therapy, where responsibilities included scaling operations and enhancing efficiency and security until its acquisition by Green Shield Canada. Joshua's background includes a tenure at Techstars as a Business Associate, consulting startup teams on business strategy, alongside roles in sales and marketing, key partnerships, and co-founding the brand wool + suede. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Alberta and has also participated in a French language program at the Université de Montréal.
