Rosa Ayala

Rosa Ayala, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Generalist at Balance Financial Management since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Prosperity Now from December 2021 to May 2024, Payroll & HR Specialist at Congressional Country Club from November 2020 to December 2021, and Human Resources Generalist at PERFECT SETTINGS from September 2019 to November 2020.
