Pj Windell

PJ Windell has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in compliance and clinical services. Starting in 1992 at Aegis Therapies, PJ worked as a Regional Clinical Director and District Manager for 15 years. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, PJ served as a National Clinical Specialist at Gentiva Health Services. PJ then joined Creative Health Solutions as the Director of Corporate Compliance and Reimbursement, holding this position from 2011 to 2019. From 2011 to 2021, PJ concurrently served as the Director of Compliance, Reimbursement, and Clinical Services at Creative Health Solutions. Currently, PJ holds the position of Director of Compliance at Balance Health, and in June 2023 will transition into the role of Chief Compliance Officer.

PJ Windell obtained a Certification in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Des Moines University from 2008 to 2010. PJ also holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MS in PT) from the University of Indianapolis, which they completed from 1989 to 1992. Windell's undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BS in PT), was obtained from Washington University in St. Louis from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their education, Windell possesses a certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association, acquired in 2012.
