Greg Thompson

Greg Thompson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at Balance Partners and Co-Owner of NEMT Insurance, LLC, Greg has a successful background in consulting for the property and casualty program insurance sector. Previous leadership roles include Board Member positions at DOXA Insurance, ALIA, and ARA Insurance Services, as well as Senior Advisor at Century Equity Partners. Notably, Greg was a Senior Managing Executive at Markel, where efforts were concentrated on expanding the Program business, and played a significant role as President of Markel Specialty. As the former CEO and founder of THOMCO, which was sold to Markel in 2012, Greg has over a decade of leadership experience and a strong foundation earned through a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
